This is an excellent idea. I fully support it, however there should also be some moderation and filters to it so that people can't just badmouth someone simply for wanting to leave their town.

I think this is unwise because it would certainly lead to misunderstandings, and trifling problems being reported constantly (e.g. "X stole 6 iron ingots and I want them back").

I feel the best way to prevent this is to manage plot permissions properly. Very few towns appear to be doing this. They either give recruits nothing or full town trust. Both approaches are problematic.

Well yeah thats for sure but we do need something to warn us about the mischief of others
