Pull out some movecraft.

Falkom this isnt about pulling out movecraft or not lol, they are obviously way too overpowered and theres no way to survive it. A few months ago mp18s never used to do this much dmg so something mustve changed or smth.

Atleast remove the bonus points you get when IFVs are pulled out I never understood why they existed, I've had this opinion for a long time now

Use some movecraft, a singular bomber can remove an IFV yet alone a tank.

This is the biggest copium I've seen. Lets break down how much copium COA is on in this suggestion.

Example #1 - Kippehz

Kippehz in this clip, is on pearl cooldown, in the middle of an open field, with only 1 hpot on his hotbar to begin with. As he tries running, he is getting shot by 3 IFVs, and guns. If Kippehz didnt have a full hotbar of random items, and full pots, He could have gotten into ganks. Instead, He tried out healing using 3 pots per repot, while being shot at by 3 IFVs and guns.

Verdict? Skill issue.

Example #2 - Zimotheus

Zimotheus in this short clip, is observed having shell shock, while being shot at point blank by several MP18s. After two seconds of tomfoolery, and several dozen bullets delivered into his head and back, He looks at his health, realizes wow, guns ARE useful?!?, and dies.

Verdict? Skill issue.

Example #3 - Fake4

Fake4 in this even shorter clip, with no audio to indicate how many people are shooting, or what movecraft is shooting, can be observed rushing into a group of several Alliance Members, while being spammed by an IFV and half a dozen MP18s, and dying.

Verdict? Skill issue.



So to summarize, It seems like players who want CCNet to be a Sword/Axe/Shield/Bow server only, are failing to realize that this is not that, and that there are several alternatives to conventional combat as they know it. Instead of attempting to legitimately counter this, or accept that maybe, just maybe their methods are outdated and not adequate for this server, they would rather see these functions that developers have worked hard to create become obselete, unused, and resort back to vanilla PVP styles.

Just as though I dont think one man spamming 18 artillery cannons at once should be nerfed, as its part of the game, guns, movecraft, and other various means ARE part of the game, and ARE combatable (Bring your own low tier movecraft to the fight, not just pulling 2-3 field guns 1 by 1 to fight 3 heavy tanks).

But they dont want to do that. They would rather cry its broken than accept they are bad.

"pull out movecraft" ok, so you want us (as the ONLY option) to pull as many heavytanks as you guys are on, fight you, ifvs run away bc they are faster than heavytanks, they can go through forests and run out of region in seconds or just run back to yalls base. Even if we win the movecraft fight the other team still might end up with more points bc for some unknowwn reason ifvs give a big point bonus aswell. So in conclusion: only option is to risk the whole session just for yall to pull it back in seconds. Thats only the argument for your reasonings (this is the only one you stated). Its getting pretty late for me now so ill let someone else help you get a picture how unbalanced these guns and movecraft are. Gn everyone :)

Illyt, you’re not supposed to “counter” something which is just completely broken and too overpowered. If a sword would do 5 dmg each hit would it be a valid argument to just say: “ oh just take out movecraft!”

For boxy, you are just trying to defend something which your team completely abuses and you know it damn well. You are also just straight up lying about the clip of zimo, 1 person was shooting him and not “ several mp18s”. Did you not have enough dumb reasons to explain his reason why he died so fast so u had to lie or do you need to see an eye specialist?
This isn’t something about being “bad” or having a “skill issue”. Its just something that needs balancing and is completely broken and the fact you’re lying and trying to justify something thats unbalanced so your team can keep abusing it is crazy.

Fqrtex, Its funny you consider using the word abusing, because when it came to the fight during the session coa kept abusing claims protection on heavy tanks, going back into claims while MCPVP tagged. That was the only abuse I saw. You are coping that 6 of you pushing banner against 3 IFVs and 15 people shooting at you with MP18s is killing you. Complete lack of self awareness that you are just being outplayed.

It's funny no one ever mentions the abuse of PVP weapons like swords which do the majority of damage in almost all sieges and give the advantage to whichever side can import more people that only play to fuck over builder nations. This seems like another suggestion to push the server into kit PVP like 99% of other servers, the native player base doesn't want that, only PVP imports who don't play outside of sieges push this type of stuff. Also, I'm not talking against the mp18 being nerfed I don't really like guns in general, but nerfing IFVs is just fucking over non-pvper nations and making the server more reliant on imports which is the exact opposite of what the majority of the player base wants.

I don’t really get what u are trying to state with the heavytank abusing since its completely off topic and has nothing to do with this. Just fyi, if a Heavytank is still partly in claims, even if thats just 1 block and its combat tagged, it can still go back in. Its always been like this.

LOL? You’re crazy lmfao, both me and zimo played this server more than you have. If you are going to say this kind of stuff then please do some research beforehand because then you wouldve come to the conclusion that the so called “ PvP imports “ or whatever you want to call us lead both a nation and an alliance + do way more than just pvp.

I've seen suggestions like this be made multiple times from people looking to nerf an aspect of the server which is meant to give non pure pot/sword pvpers a way to fight back against hordes of players from other servers.

It began with cannons, then movecraft capping, then guns, and now this.

It is always players who come from nations which rely off of players from other servers which push for these kinds of things looking to make the game more of a "who can import the most players" Most of the players brought into from other servers do not care about what happens here, but instead they care about some other reward they'll get on the server they came from, which was offered to them by the players who are making these suggestions.

Suggestions which reduce the effectiveness and impact from gameplay which isn't sword/pot pvp serve to only benefit nations which rely off of player imports, as those imported players will quit or will become far too un motivated from gameplay which they are not used to or not willing to take time or effort to learn, in order to fight with or against said gameplay.

Basically, if players which are brought to ccnet from other servers should adapt to the gameplay presented here instead of bending the knee and adapting the gameplay to suit players from other servers.

So all of you are dumb, this is Cole, I’ve tried this strategy before it usually never works this well. Plus just pull something g out to sink them as a throwaway craft
