Some changes for Towny Back

As an active Towny player, i have some ideas to improve Towny.

1-) Bring the same slimefun textures from nations to Towny: They are the same when we get them into our inventory but when we place them, they're glass or terracota like the old textures. Make it same as Nations.

2-) Delete the outdated items from the server: Some placed slimefun items are outdated. Delete them from the server.

3-) Bring some events to Towny to make it more active.

4-) Bring /bank command same as nations: Make silver salable but cheaper.

I hate to break it to you, but the current Towny server isn't going to be maintained since a new towny server is under active development and will replace the current one.

I'd love to hear your ideas for events though, if you have any. "Bring some events" isn't enough of a suggestion, but if you have specific event ideas I'll see about incorporating them into the new server.

Silver will never be sellable on Towny either since it's an infinite free resource. On Nations, it's arguable that it's fine since there is no cargo, but Towny has cargo and silver can be infinitely automated.
