This impossibility the creation of new companys and the people hire and get hired because farming silver worth it more,its stable and you dont have the chance to be scammed for someone
WIth that we will truly introduce the captalism on server and the economy will grow and rotates faster than today and the most money get safe on town banks just waiting to dont get taxed

the silver could get the floating price between 1 - 6 mesuring how much silver was sold on the day,like the gold irl

Increase the Gold value

that is a part for floating price on silver,the other way to introduce money on economy is increasing the value of the gold to 9 per ingot to 20,that will solve the problem on the money just outcoming and not incoming on economy,and solve the problem the money farm that is right now,because gold is a limited resource

Scamming should be illegal and cause ban
Scamming items its not the problem,but scamming workers is a problem because thats unmotivate people to hire and get hire,getting difficult to earn money and creating companys

If all that get added,im sure that will improve how economy works
