"Nation Borders" Changes Back

Make the Nations border feature on the map be OFF by default, as myself and others find it annoying and limiting the functionality of the map during everyday play(Its harder to click on towns). The first thing a lot of us do when opening the map is just turning it off, but it just re-enables when we refresh. While the feature is appreciated it would be nicer if it was more optional, like the shops.
