Currently, machines such as the Animal Growth Accelerator and Crop Growth Accelerator consume a significant amount of food and fertilizer relative to their limited input slots, which creates inefficiencies. I’d like to suggest the following improvements:
Add Can Output Slot to Relevant Machines
Machines that consume canned food or fertilizer (e.g., Growth Accelerators) should have an output slot for empty cans. This would reduce the excessive consumption of tin and make the process more realistic — after all, animals don’t eat tin cans.
Increase Input Slot Capacity or Improve Input Logic
The limited number of input slots (e.g., 7 in the Animal Growth Accelerator) doesn't match the machine’s high consumption rate, which leads to frequent downtime or the need for constant refilling. Either increasing the number of input slots or allowing input from external storage more efficiently would greatly improve automation.
Adjust Input Handling in the Food Fabricator
The Food Fabricator currently does not allow a functional 50/50 split between food and cans in its input. One of the input slots is essentially wasted. Allowing a more flexible input system (e.g., alternating input, prioritized slots, or dedicated slots for cans and food) would make this machine significantly more user-friendly and efficient.
