Trade Camps for Nations with 2+ Unpeaceful Towns Back

Current System:
Each nation in the game is allowed to have one trade capital.

Suggested Change:

A nation with one unpeaceful town may have one trade capital (as currently allowed).

A nation with two unpeaceful towns may have one trade capital and one "trading camp" — a secondary trade-focused town.

This system would help reduce the inconvenience for players in large nations, who currently need to travel thousands of blocks to access the /ah.

Additionally, to maintain balance, the /ah tax in the trade capital can be set lower than the tax in trading camps(so the importance of trade capital does not decrease.)

also to balance it,have these trade camps have a block limit to which u can trade with
like 5-10k. (~vler)

While this is fire, I don't think it's exactly what admins align with, since from that I have seen Zaify and Ineusia are more interested with more smaller nations than one nation controlling an enormous amount of area ( such as OE controlling the entire continent of Oceania )

I get that, encouraging smaller nations makes sense. My goal wasn’t to buff big nations, just to ease the pain of using /ah across huge areas. Maybe it could be applied in a limited way.
