I'm sure a lot of the playerbase can agree with me when I say that sieges are feeling repetitive, very rarely are new strategies getting tried or new people getting fought like it was a few months to a year ago, and honestly it makes sieges (the main fights of ccnet) very boring.
To fix this issue I propose randomized siege modifiers, these would be new limitations or buffs added at random whenever banner is placed a few modififers that might be cool will be listed:
Split banner - if this modifier got selected it would cause 2 more banners to be spawned around the center banner that would grant 1/3 the points of main banner and be a smaller size, this could get teams to play and strategize a bit differently to win sieges.
No Digging - this modifier would prevent players from digging in wilderness, forcing people who often relie on breaking land to fight normally
No enderpearls - would prevent people from pearling in siege region, could be fun for some sieges as many players would have to think harder before putting themselves in dangerous positions.
Permanent Buffs modifier - all players in siege region keep speed 2 and str 2 effects active at all times
this is all I can think of for now, but I hope people actually consider this suggestion and ways to improve upon this idea rather the shoot it down. Currently with no major updates or changes to the war system, ccnet will continue to decline in player count and activity
