Every single time we navigate the oceans we hear those annoying "ding ding ding" sounds every minutes and bam. You see a random cobble pillar or got caught up by some random pile of blocks that you don't even know why they are there. This hinders transportation by water so much as its extremely annoying to navigate through the ocean. So i am requesting to:

Make building in the ocean (10 chunks away from "shores" or illegal, and one who have "temporarily" built must undo what they have done.

Or here is a another option:
Make ships that are like 3 block thin and 100 block high legal. Though it would probably look like a square on legs, at least it would be wayyyy less annoying to move around the ocean.
