I think restricting cannons especially 240s which is really a versatile cannon from being fired from outside siegezone is crazy in my opinion. People may say it's hard to break them but it's really not, it's easy to pull any sort of small craft like an AP truck or a normal tank to kill them or if terrain does not permit that then going on horse takes less than a few minutes if the individual tries. Just because one side is unable to counter them should not be why it's dissabled.

Same goes for naval drilling, not sure why the ability to bombard a naval fort should not be possible just because it's far enough to be out of siegezone.

I agree with this, and the reason i do so is because there was no real reason that this was implemented.

This basicly completely ruined the point of drilling/navaldrilling/howitzers/240mmcannons.

There is no such way to use them anymore because most of sieges or forts that get sieged are far in land which makes the naval drilling for example be used from 600 blocks or the 240mm cannons which need 500 blocks of range.

There was no serious reason that shells that get shot from 400 blocks away the siege should not do damage inside siegezone in the first place.

I agree on the naval part but not on the 240s. I can't quite remember what it was that Zaify/Ineusia said for the reasoning for it (please feel free to remind me) but I do remember that I agreed with it.

I agree as well, the drilling should be done in non sessions as well and we should be allowed to drill down to bedrock again,sieges got too “Lazy” these days. (But this is for another suggestion)
