Disable Blocking Straits Back

You are spending a week to make a ship design, spend another week to build it, spend a lot of materials and money to print multiple of it, siege a naval zone, waste ammo, get some of your fleet sunk and win that naval zone, get access to a strait. And then a retard Thracian comes and blocks some wilderness right next to it. How is this even still allowed!?! Straits are already so tiny, that only Gibraltar can fit a dread barely. Others are already useless. It should be illegal to block the chunks between the Atlantic and Mediterranean without having perms in the naval region.

What kind of arguments are these in the comments? A naval region exists to capture a strait to move ships through, thats the main purpose of fights, if the chunks leading to it in the surrounding area are blocked it should be illegal (which iirc I think it already is)

There is a rule about it actually. But last time wr3ck3r did it and we reported, staff didn't punish him. It is more like "you can not claim the chunk but you can do anything on it" now.
