yes remove wild ganks the main reason pvpers could get kills without people running away

2-3 block holes every now and then are not the issue, the issue is 15 block deep holes and fully exploded mountains

Good suggestion, but what rick says can also be easily done right before the enemy places banner, its also very hard to draw the line somewhere, at what point is the dirt preventing bad pvp terain and not just preventing drilling into the defenders bunker? This suggestion has potential but you need to be more detailed and consider the effects it would have on other elements of a siege

One way is to nerf all cannons damage to land except for the ones you use to nuke the fort, aka tanks and ships. People on tanks shouldnt single handedly nuke the terrain that much or dont have a reason to do so. If you want further ways to improve it you can add a rule to prevent people intentionally randomly nuking the land with tanks

as far as placing dirt near banner goes, you can simply prevent that block from being used within siege banner zone

also, this terrain buff doesnt include claims..

Ijust, i understand you have active siege experience which helps you notice things you think need changing.

But making a block invincible to ranged attackers (or even more resistant to blast damage then deepslate) will just cause pre-siege blockspam, yes you can get rid of it with a shovel, but do you think the attackers will let that happen for the first 6-8 hours?

Rules exist for things you can not automatically prevent with plugins
