kinda funny but also lowkey kinda annoying when the chat is spammed with 20+ newbie towns getting deleted because they either stop playing the game or don’t understand how towny works. Perhaps increase the cost for starting a town so that players spend more time learning the game and deciding whether they’ll continue playing before making that decision. That or make it a “play for a certain amount of time” thing

I disagree, rather when making a town there should be some interface that shows the wiki and the notice that towns have to have a proper name

Not sure if I agree with this. Like it or not, it seems player retention falls when players don't have the means to begin claiming land immediately.

In that sense yes, but no one likes inactive 10 chunk towns sitting next to their town for 3 months
