I disagree with (1) and (3) for the same reason we do not prevent combat-tagged players from exiting siege zones.

If capping points are sufficiently high, then premature withdrawal from the siege zone will be ill-advised.

Ruleblocks can you read? We had no functional ships. Plus ryu showed up after the region not during to defend. Ryu then cried to zaify and got it changed to most of our ship pilots can’t show up. Then ryu sieges when we can’t defend. What’s the point of sieging if we don’t have pilots?
