only on ccnet the worst player in existence stands a chance against lt2 sweats like olpx because it takes no skill, there is shield spam, debuff spam and the lag is terrible for anyone outside of europe

For once, I agree with Carb. I am in the United States and sometimes connection is terrible.

Hosts outside of EU are way more expensive, and most of the server is EU. Not only this America is generally known for worse networking, as such, Americans would get minor improvements to ping, but the majority EU of the server would be stuck around 110-130.

Yeah, as far as ping goes , guns are balanced with ping, but sword play is not. Which is why I think sword play should be nerfed, to allow for the gun paly that has bad ping worked into it to be used.

Scanty - A majority of the server might be EU but a very large section is NA and if you host it in the right spot like Loka right EU players get 50-100 ping. Also NA players have been stuck at 130-200 ping for the last few years.

i don't disagree and i selfishly would want this, and i have wanted this since ccnet changed to an eu host, but it's not rly fair tbh. asians would get screwed over and ccnet has quite a lot of asians. ccnet has a rly diverse playerbase, so it makes sense that the host is in the middle. if the host is na, then only americans and some western europeans would gain from it. asians would get 230ms+ and the rest of europe would get 120ms+. i dont think there is a perfect hosting spot, but central europe is probably the best. americans get 100-180ms and asians get 120-200ms (unless some1 has bad internet)

160ms feels so unplayable. Hits don’t register, shields don’t work, pots don’t work. Something needs to change

I can't imagine the sheer cost and effort to more ccnet to a new American server, this is not an easy thing to fix

1. Americans constitute a large proportion of the playerbase but are still outnumbered by Asians and Europeans.

2. Improving ping for Americans worsens ping for Asians and Europeans. There's no "free lunch".

3. There are no servers available with our current CPU in North America. There are servers with our old CPU, but they cost $100/month more than what we're currently paying for a better CPU!

this is just selfish idea just coz your american to change the the server hosting to america for better ping wht happens to so many people who play from asia should play with high ping

have you ever heard of asian players?, I cant even log on loka because the ping is too high and nothing loads. You having fun does not mean everyone is. 200 ping isnt even that bad most asian players have 200+ ping and no one complains.

We never asked to change the server hosting to Asia we play despite the high ping
