This seems like it could lead to a lot of false reports/bans, and it rarely happens. Maybe make people without soldier role in a siege zone unable to teleport so no one without soldier role can inside? (I think this might already be a thing I haven't been keeping up with updates.)

its happens alot more then you would think, also they can tp enemies a day or 2 before the siege


staff can check when people teleport in logs, why not just disable teleporting in unpeaceful towns in general, but it could also have someone open a few gates in order to get enemies into bunker or the ganks

I'm not going to go into the (MANY) reasons this could go wrong, but I'm not sure why the solution I offered wouldn't stop that from happening anyway. Perhaps you could have a mechanic wherein people who do not have soldier rank in their nation (or if their nation is not a participant of the siege) also can't open fencegates/doors/SF interfaces ect in siege zones. Combined with my above suggestion this would fix your problem and would not have the many problems the other suggestion would have.

get a grip, the moment inside of a bunker there is no way to clear people out other then PVP power.

meaning the siege is lost unless you out pvp which completely disables the entire movecraft usage.

I feel there is a mechanical fix to this, rather then making a rule that will be ignored and forgotten about.

E.g Hostiles can't TP into a non-peaceful town (but can TP out, ganks and all that)

Such a mechanical restriction then covers the situation under rule 6, which I know all players love :D
