introduce a new point capping system for siege regions, similar to the current land siege one

this new system would, like land sieges, scale based on how many 'enemies' are present in the region (but not limit how many people are able to be in the region)
for example, no enemies could limit the points gained from capping alone to say, 7.5k, and every successive enemy craft could increase this limit by say, 2.5k.

note - this should only apply to movecraft siege regions, points should not be removed should enemy crafts leave the region (each new person to enter the region will add to the total point cap)
note 2 - this will NOT limit kills gained from sinks

This simply promotes spamming numbers.

keep in mind the original intension for points in naval sieges was to allow people to take uncontested regions - not cap points to win

Are you guys, not the people who wanted the current system in the first place? now you can't pull numbers to 1 fight and have to change it? seems like just changing it again so you can win

As the alliance likes to mention, we cry because we get outnumbered, and then when they get outnumbered they cry. Quit crying and killing every suggestion because it isn't yours xD.
