Shipyard moving Back

make shipyards moveable by like 3 blocks after printing so if you mess up( on buildings), its easy to fix instead of tearing it all down and reprinting

Before you print it shows essentially where it will be and its placement, don't rush into it, I've built my entire town from shipyards and if there is a mistake and its very large you can always use the scrap feature and try again, or rather use the move craft elevator, its helped me out a few.
