wouldn't it be cool if we could set up rentable spaces in the game? Like, I could have this little shop, and other players could rent it for, say, 10 bucks a week or 50 bucks a month.

forgot to add: and if they are not able to pay the rent, they will be evicted.

I might not understand it well, but isn't this the plottax?

If you mean quarters inside a plot, thats a sick idea, and forget my first paragraph
