Embargoing Nations from Chest Shops Back

Add a way so that you can embargo members of certain nations from purchasing from chestshops (preferably nations in the nation's /n enemy list). It is useless to place material embargo if they can come and buy from you when you are offline, plus makes embargoes, one of the most vital ways on taking down the economy of enemy nations, basically useless.

That's good, but are you referring to an embargo that prevents you and your enemy from trading, or the enemy nation from trading in general? Both have their own issues if implemented incorrectly. The former one would then be severely underutilized, and the latter would be exploitable.

I also want to note that this is not a new idea, it has been discussed in Nations a couple times (and there was also a poll about it, I believe?)
