This is a simple idea that consist of the addition of a piloted Movecraft structure similar to the Shipyard.

The main twist would be that it would instead be used as a way to make fighters, bombers and the like work and fly without the need of a zeppelin or an aircraft, perfect for when there is no ocean nearby in the theater and a Zeppelin simply does not cut it in range and survibability to give other kind of aircraft an operations range.

Any kind of balancing would be at the whim of the Admins and Owner(s), like, for example, make these kind of structures not available to be piloted and thus unable to extend the flying range of aircrafts from peaceful towns.
