Introduce Vampiric rune from towny to nations Back

Currently Vampiric rune is disabled on nations and on towny it is a simple sword only rune that has a 5% chance on full swing to regenerate 4 full hearts, AKA 8 HP, with 30 second cooldown.
This sounds really fun but not balanced for nations, so I'm suggesting a rework for it:
Instead, Vampiric runed sword will 100% regenerate 4 hearts if you get a kill with it, not damage, kill the target. This gives lone players a slight advantage which is not even a big deal, just really fun. You can keep or remove 30 second cooldown for this one, both works well.
Also make sure the killed target is Enemied nation, to regen HP (if possible of course).

4hp = equal to 1 healing pot, i dont think its necessary to add a whole new rune just to get basically 1 heal pot after a kill.

4hp = 1 healing pot only if you accurately hit the healing pot, which is very hard during pvp. plus, switching hotbar part, then potting, then switching back to sword, this takes time, might make you lose combo while outnumbered. this is only for fun, besides, there are already runes that players have too much, don't know what to do with them, and they can't even sell it for cheapest price possible, why not just add one more rune, which is just really fun

this kinda suck id rather die to 4 people in enemy ganks after killing one. this is js more effort to staff team . but i guess if this implies to mobs too this can be maybe helpful for newbs which honestly will never happen.
