- "China has a monopoly on it right now", then take the region from us? Japan had a monopoly on it because Japan and Russia were the only nations that could realisticly contest it because they had ports in reach, but they made a deal for Japan to own the region. Back to this current moment, Japan has full ability to contest the region, but refuses to because you're losing all the time

- "Payout should increase only after new torps", why kapitan? Because that's when you have higher odds of winning the region?

Imo the removal and after that the decrease of pacifics payout was dumb, but especially now, that theres actual contesters, the payout should be increased to atleast indian ocean levels

I think the reason it needs to wait till after the new torps is because no one will be able to siege the region for a week so its free extra money.
