If the Black Sea is a river and it is more navigable then why should the Baltic Sea be different, it is almost 100% surrounded and had random shit everywhere making even the simplest naval impossible. Plus a Roman bridge is usually in the way for enterence like you can’t expect me to get off my ship and use the elevator up to get in while fighting. I find it difficult to find reason that the Baltic Sea should be an ocean biome while the Black Sea is a river despite one clearly being easier to fight in and access. I request either the Black Sea to become ocean again or for the Baltic to become a river like the Black Sea

This has got to be some of the most blatant cope I've ever seen here. The only reason this suggestion is here is because you can't access the Baltic...

I think if a nation has successfully blocked off an area (not even entirely, as you're trying to imply, mind you), then that's good strategic planning on their part and shouldn't be punished.
