For example a vehicle than can have a field gun AA or howitzer onto of it. Like the IRL spaa or spg (self propelled anti air and self propelled gun this is both artillery or field gun)

This is sortve just a truck. They can slap on field guns, howizters and aa. But I do agree with you, it'd be nice to have self propelled guns for no point loss, like with field guns currently

A self-propelled gun with no point loss seems a little unfair, as both sides will just use it and tanks won't be used as much.
