Fix ping for North American/UK players Back

Ever since about 2-3 weeks ago, me and several other players from NA and even including the UK have had ping spikes of sometimes over 3000ms. These pikes have made activities like movecraft or PvP fairly impossible. Some things that might help is:

1. Lower player maximum - This is a change I noticed since the lag CCnet allows more players total now
2. Move server location - This is the least likely change because of costs, but it would probably help a lot if the server was not located in France.

as someone from na i was experiencing this aswell for a while and it was actually unplayable pls fix mr zaify

You need to send us MTR reports. They provide the data necessary to diagnose why you are experiencing high ping.

1. Download WinMTR from https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/files/latest/download.

2. Extract the zip file and run WinMTR.exe.

3. For "Host", enter play.ccnetmc.com.

4. Click "Start" and let it run until 500 packets have been sent.

5. Send the file created by "Export TEXT"

Send these files in a ticket. We ideally need at least 5 reports from separate individuals in the same region who are suffering problems, so it would be great if you could spread the word and collate their reports.

It’s playable but sometimes it gets unplayable at 500 ms but at sieges it seems to be fine

The problem went away about 1 day after the suggestion was made, but yesterday it seems to have returned, idk if any changes happened on the server's end.
