allow trains to have naval cannons like 14 or 12 inch aswell as make them very slow while having cannons so if it gets intercepted they cant just escape instantly

Actually an extremely good idea but it should be a much more powerful canon than a 14/12 inch gun IMO, preferably more powerful than a howitzer along with having roughly howitzer range, otherwise there's no reason to use it.
