When occupied, the town bank is unusable since they can't withdraw.

You also get to plunder them upon winning, and suppress them each week to plunder again.

I'm not quite sure I understand the point of taxing people further than this, 2% of their balance is pretty substantial and the town bank is NOT a valid method to evade this during occupation since the money is untouchable.

Ineusia, the problem is that though they can't withdraw, they can deposit(if im not wrong). Which is a good method to "evade", because even though you can't access the money, you can just hide it because occupation doesn't last for that long

And the problem lies there, that even though you can't access the money, you're still not giving it to the enemy practically leaving them with nothing, unless they tax some player that doesn't log on to play and has money in his bank

I can see your point donbass, but this would really stress out players who don't involve themselfs in warfare / politics
It's just a bit to OP imo, there are alot of players who just play for the grinding aspect of the server, take Fuyuscarl as an example, if his town gets occupied with this addition, he loses like 40k per DAY even though he doesn't really play for sieges or involves himself in that kind of stuff, I don't think that'd be fair, especially considering that you can't even stay neutral by being in no nation, because that occupies you aswell
