Small PvP Fights System on Nations Back

In my opinion ccnet has gotten rather stale. I think this could be fixed by adding a new fighting system. It would be small fights, at most 10v10, that last at most an hour or some other given time. No allies, no movecraft/cannons, just a strictly pvp fight between individual nations. I think certain tweaks to the gameplay/gameplay features to make these fights more entertaining would be good, such as armor durability not depleting, ender pearls being shorter cooldown and infinite use, having some limited per person way to re-pot, some way to warp to the fight and back to your town, and not having any op potions like resistance or health boost. I think this would promote each nation becoming strong or training to be decent at pvp themselves and not piggy backing off of their allies for anything siege related. These fights could have certain times, every day or so, when they can be started. They can have rewards for winning that are worth the fight, possibly something that ties into the new borders system like taking land that gives you a small amount of resources for every small piece of land you control, the resources could be consistent with the land to promote expanding into territories that have valuable resources such as fuel or redstone. I believe a system similar to this would be very refreshing for nations and would ease some of the fatigue many long term players have with the server. A similar system could be implemented for movecraft fights as well. This system would allow for small, low-stakes conflicts that would keep players engaged. This system adds a low stakes, not too hard to prep, low stress, fun element to nations that I think many people desperately want right now.

Its cool thought. Not affecting sieges etc etc but just for fun fights. (Only upvoting if it doesnt give dp)

yeah no dp with this, my goal with this suggestion was to suggest something that just adds a small fun thing to do that doesnt affect much, winner may win some small prize like redstone or whatever materials or money but i aimed to have losers lose next to nothing. these would almost strictly be for fun as to not put trade nations/nations that are uninterested in fighting or whatever it may be at a disadvantage.

Have you not just word for word copied the exact playstyle of “club penguins” 10v10 RIVI fights? Every exact detail in that suggestion except for the part with Movecraft is a complete ripoff from another server, I agree the Movecraft could be fun but the PvP and the “borders” system is just a complete copy.

where would the fights take place?
What are the requirements to start such an 'attack'? would the opposing force have no option but to defend their border every day?

If a defending nation doesn't want to do anything, would it be an instant landgrab?
How long would a nation have to decide a response?

I like the idea but i would pass on the border things. I thinks its a good way for nations that dont have much allies/people to make some money, 10v10 nation vs nation reward: not significant but small amount of money, each nation could open offer to other nation to fight for money at certain time

Something like KOTHs would work, they can be starting during weekdays (please, we need some sort of PvP activities during weekdays).

KOTH plugin works like this: there is a banner cap, someone has to cap it for a specific amount of time (3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc...), if that person gets kicked out of the capping area, the timer restarts. The person who wins can receive a special crate as reward, so its worth to participate but not so worth to call 1000 nations and turn it into the mess that sieges and assaults are.

@Tuvelito Yes I took inspiration from rivi for this, but the general concept of small low stress fights during the week stands. CCNet desperately needs something like that even if it isn't my specific suggestion.

1. The fights could take place generally wherever they are started, or there could be specific sections of the map to start them at.
2. there would be almost no requirements to start it, leading to possibly 1 or 2 daily fight for some nations yes. If a defending nation doesn't want to fight it would likely be an instant land grab, however my suggestion aims to not have much impact on existing systems or balance so losing sides lose almost nothing maybe just a small small amount of resources so not fighting it doesn't put nations at a large disadvantage.

With that being said, this suggestion was more of my take on an idea of something I think CCNet needs, and the main idea is that we need some type of frequent weekday fights of roughly 10v10 that hold little importance and are mostly for fun with a small benefit for winners. This exact implementation was just 1 concept there could be many other ways to do that. Sorry if anything I typed was unclear in any way.

@Ricola4325 KOTH would be a good way to implement this I agree but i think banner cap time should be much shorter then 3 minutes as my idea of the implementation has much faster paced gameplay, maybe around 30 seconds (obviously if they ever add anything like this that would likely have to be tweaked in some way)
