When oil farming, setting up the connectors and taking them down is some of the worst parts of oil grinding. Same with setting up power grids. It would be a nice progression item to add a tool that can mine heads faster. I think it should be a noticeable difference, but still not gamebreaking. Maybe down from 1.5 seconds to 0.75-1.

It could be called the Torque Wrench and I would say the crafting recipe should be something along the lines of (numbered like a pinpad):
1: empty 2: lever 3: damascus steel
4: empty 5: damascus steel 6: stone button
7: damascus steel 8: empty 9: empty
