As we all know, eggs, used in many siege prep recipes like Raspberry Cakes and Strawberry Cupcakes, only stack up to 16 by default in vanilla Minecraft.

But why keep them limited to 16, especially when mods and add-ons are involved? whether in personal modpacks or public servers?

We already have Bundles, so imagine a similar concept where eggs can stack inside a basket and "open" automatically when placed into a crafting setup.
Instead of keeping eggs locked to a 16-stack, introduce a "Basket" item that reflects real-life egg gathering, where eggs are collected in pouches or wicker baskets.

This new basket would:
*Work like a Bundle, but be specialized for eggs only.
*Hold up to 64 eggs in one slot.
*Automatically "open" and release eggs when inserted into sf kitchens and chests connected to autocrafters and also be recognized as a full stack of eggs by crafting machines, saving space and improving automation. They would also empty out matching the speed of autocrafters when making sf food where the "knit" one being made of sticks and string could be less durable and move slower and the "wicker" one made of sticks and hay could move a bit faster matching the speed of the autocrafters.

The basket could be created by sticks and hay for a wicker basket or even sticks and string for a softer knitted basket since not everyone may want to waste good hay on baskets when it can be used in recipes.

This would also help:
Controlling egg counts in farms by saving space and lowering items in an area.
Managing storage without the trouble of overflowing eggs taking space in 16 counts.
And adds a bit of realism to the game since eggs are typically gathered in baskets.

They could also have a "durability" like tools and armor, where if you use the basket too many times it will get lower in its durability therefore needing to be repaired or replaced to give players the option to choose afk farms or stack their eggs just to make it a bit harder since after all, if Coconut Chicken Curry is in the game, I doubt you want us having too easy of a time. ;) (joking..kind of)

This feature being added would help sf food grinders and egg farm afk'ers with not only just storage space saving but a bit more realism, efficiency and lag management.
