Add a way to make crying obsidian Back

Right now it is a hard to get block. Rare spawn in top of trees in the Withered Forest nether biome, kinda rare loot in bastion chests and rare spawn in ruined portals.
It is a cool looking block. Can be used in builds. Would be nice to make crying obsidian in stonecutter from obsidian, or in grindstone by "grinding" the obsidian. Or a custom recipe like:
- obsidian + blaze powder
- obsidian + redstone

or obsidian + ghast tear if you like

I think obsidian wrapped in ghast tears would be a good recipe

Theres a few other ways to get it. The reactor structure has a ton of it at the top and you can also get it from piglin trading.

the reactor has normal obsidian, the withered forest structure has crying obi
And piglin trading involves gold, im not gonna waste thousands of gold to get a stack of crying obi
