Ok I UNDERSTAND fully the need to reduce destroyer speed during naval regions. Esp SA where the server CANNOT handle more than 7 people a side it seems. The issue is simple.

IF YOU SLOW ONLY ONE TYPE OF SHIP, THE REST OF THE SHIPS ARE GOING TO BE FASTER. This means during lag, Dreads and Cruisers can chase Destroyers.

The solution is simple:
- Universal reduction of speed!!!!!
So if DDs top speed is reduced by 2m/s, dreads and cruisers would be too (and corvettes/subs). This keeps the region a destroyer region.

I think you are mistaken. When the server is lagging, all crafts are slowed down by the same proportion. For example, both destroyers and dreadnoughts would take X% longer to move.

I'm not sure why, but for me it appears the other crafts are proportionally similar speed. Might be down to acceleration? Maybe we could ladder instead of a flat rate?
