It's really annoying to build towns in snow biomes. Parked movecraft merges with snow and that's annoying too. So maybe a flag you can toggle to disable snowfall in claims might be useful.

I lived in a snowy area a couple years go. It is rather annoying trying to pilot something only to realize it, somehow, fused with the snow. However, I disagree. Sometimes you just gotta go outside and shovel the snow. It (literally) comes with the territory
