With the unflaskers they unflask really fast and it leaves no time to put your pots back in the chest if you shift click it. Some people will just throw the hp pots on the ground then.

Add a menu where you can set a delay on it by like 3 seconds or something.

Theres a redstone solution to this. You could pull a comparitor signal off the chest detect when it drops delay and then unlock the hopper to let flasked pots in.
