As we now have anti-debuff pots tipped arrows are very rarely used now and even if they are can be countered with a cheap long duration pot.

Give us a recipy for it so we could make them in large enough amounts that they see some use.

Would also allow us to mess around with lingering pots which would normaly be so expensive as to be unuseable.
