Be able to grind runes into rune dust to make other runes. How much dust they give being based on drop rates. For example a glowing rune giving 1 rune dust and it taking 8 rune dust and a binding rune in a magic workbench to make another binding rune

I thought the more expensive runes were actually less likely to drop, not just because of high demand
