A simple fix to curb downvoting/upvoting simply due to who posted something. Enables good and bad ideas to be seen as they are rather than an idea from someone a player likes or dislikes.

VERY BIG YES PLEASE!!! as an unbiased suggestionner and suggestion responder i HIGHLY support this

Though i have one issue with it, is if one alliance posts a suggestion and pings everyone to upvote then it has a bunch of upvotes then it makes it look like the suggestion is very highly supported (while being more one sided)
