It does tend to get annoying when a player leaves a town but leaves behind magically locked chests in their old home, really hard to get it out to make room and space for newer residents. So I suggest the idea of somehow removing or at least being able to move the chests? Maybe something like the town owner can break, open or move magically locked chests within their own town.
