Well these both 2 runes serve no purpose at all.
Potency Rune : Absolutely no one uses this rune, the most useful thing it does is turn stone to gravel, and there are way better ways to do this instead of this way.

Vein Rune: Its also not that useful like mining an entire vein can be easily done if you have eff 5 or 6.

The main reason why i want these runes to removed is, if you compare these runes with other ones, the other ones are very useful, OP and
unique in its perks. And also removing these not very useful runes will not effect players very much and also increase the drop chances of other runes more.

i agree with vein rune but potency is really useful in other terms like mining stone for gravel

Yeah whats the point of Vein rune, damn even Potency I mean Igneous exists nobody out there mining stone for gravel without making a crater larger than Tunguska Event

Rather than removing runes, it's much more productive to consider how they may be improved upon.
