Coups

It could all start as a **petition** started by a town leader. If the petition wins, and the goverment denies the petition people could start a **coup**. If someone starts a **coup** then there would be a preparation time for a certain amount of time. In this period the towns could decide on wich side they want to be on. If the **petition** get fom 51%-70% they could siege one non-peaceful town. If it gets 71%-80% they could siege two non-peaceful towns and if the petition gets 81% or more they could siege three non-peaceful towns. Of course if the nation does not have that many then they can't. The lost side's **towns' banks/members wealth/both** would be taxed eg. 10%. And the **leader/leader's town/both** could be taxed higher eg. 20% or 30%. The **members/towns** of the lost side couldn't leave the nation for a period of time (The taxes could still go further after this period ends).
