Ruins the entire prep time of building a non-peaceful town. even if you guys dont accept the fort meta, its clear the community prefers fort style of non peaceful towns. this means you need prep for it. even if you dont make a fort you need SOMETHING in your non peaceful town to defend it. you get a maximum of 16 days of prep time to make your town. thats nowhere NEAR enough time. if you plan to stay natiionless with this non peaceful town, then you fail to get enough claim blocks to make a functional "fort". this is a stupid update and should be reverted immediately.

just build the fort before you toggle or build it while its nationless the only reason to want it reverted is to have an excuse to be unsiegeable as a preexisting nation
