Monitors are very slow, small ships used to fit into tight spaces and pack a significant punch with firepower for shore bombardment, coastal defense, and even attacking other ships with their big guns.
1. Minimum size of 1,000, maximum size of 4,000
2. Access to four 9-inch guns OR four 12-inch guns OR two 14-inch guns and a single AA-gun
3. Maximum 25% terracotta limit (1,000 blocks at max-size)
4. Maximum 7.5% glazed-terracotta limit (300 blocks at max-size)
5. The monitor uniquely is able to have 40% of its displacement below the waterline as opposed to the standard 35%, but are still limited to 4 blocks maximum depth
6. Maximum speed of 12 b/s, no acceleration, rotation cooldown of 6 seconds.
I think this would be quite interesting as a small ship for small nations or nations with naval/coastal forts to be used offensively or defensively, and also to just add a bit of variety to naval warfare outside of the current meta.
