Adding onto this, my fort of Althergard and my base of Conquest have been griefed twice in the past week, also, towns like cerebrus, Fort_Valkyrie, shimazu, NishiNoHoshi, and probably alot more that I don't know have been targeted, this is just a bunch of problems that can be fixed this way

I think instead of this it should be where you have an extra prompt asking what nation rank you trust instead of being default solider.

This has been suggested before the issue is the towny plugin isn't developed by ccnet.

Plant I know that, but I think its possible to write a small plugin that checks if the towny permissions are valid and if so it checks on top of that if they player has a certain nation rank in his nation, this way it wouldn't be into the hard coded part of towny u would simply be applying a check on top of the towny one in case the towny one went through as valid

this would instantly solve the alt problem

ally yes, nation no. because there are several scenarios that nations have centres that are for nationwide use, that doing this would create issues (you dont want to give some random newgens grinding permission to get dropped in a siege) but ally perms are almost always only for siege related purposes.
